Where is Albir based, and do you ship worldwide?
Albir is a halal lifestyle brand born in Stone Town, Zanzibar, Tanzania. We deliver within Tanzania and ship worldwide, message us on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery cost and timing to your country.
How do I order and pay?
Add your pieces to the cart and check out on the website, it takes a minute. You pay directly on the website by mobile money. Our team then confirms with you on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
You pay directly on the website at checkout. A mobile money payment request is sent to your phone and you confirm with your PIN. Your order is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders above TZS 100,000. For smaller orders our team confirms the delivery cost with you on WhatsApp when arranging delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 3 days. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.
Can I personalise my hoodie with my name?
Yes. On selected hoodies you can add your name in Arabic, English or Swahili for a small extra charge. Choose the Personalisation option on the product page before adding to cart.
What sizes do you offer?
Hoodies and t-shirts come in sizes S to 3XL (see each product page). Our hoodies have a unisex fit. Not sure which size to pick? Send us your height and weight on WhatsApp and we will recommend one.
What does "Albir" (البر) mean?
Albir (al-birr, البر) is Arabic for goodness, virtue and righteousness. It is our name and our promise: "Wear The Blessing. Walk in Faith."
What is the Albir hoodie made of?
Our hoodie is a heavyweight 400gsm piece with an embroidered Albir logo and a unisex fit. Our classic tee is made from 100% cotton with the Albir Arabic calligraphy print.
Do you sell prayer mats?
Yes. Our premium prayer mat is a luxury woven chenille design with Zanzibar-inspired geometric patterns, thin, foldable and travel-ready.
